Medical Nutrition Therapy
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a key component of condition / disease prevention and management. Here at Inspiring Change Nutrition LLC, MNT is evidenced-based and provided by me (Elizabeth Sierzega, RD, CNSC), a well-experienced Registered Dietitian who's been practicing for over 20 years. No fad diets here! Treatment includes nutrition-based assessment and diagnosis, diet prescription, and counseling services to treat the under-lying condition or illness.
